No, this energy powder does not. Beta Alanine is what creates that "pins and needles" sensation that is common in pre-workouts, but that ingredient is not present in this energy powder formula. Though B6 can produce a similar effect in some people.
Is it a "High-Stim" or "Non-Stim" formula?

John Heavy Jr.'s Energy Powder is very high in stimulants, specifically caffeine at 100mg per scoop, 200mg per serving.

Does John Heavy Jr.'s Energy Powder contain Creatine?

No, it does not contain any creatine. Our market research revealed that most of our customers were already taking the recommended 3-5g of creatine separately as needed, so we focused on other ingredient combinations to enhance focus and hydration effects.
