Cancellation Policy

Our order fulfillment system is designed for speed. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our logistics queue.

• Cancellation Window: You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.

• Exceptions: Once an order has moved into the fulfillment or shipping phase, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

• Refused Deliveries: Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds as the products are often disposed of by the carrier for safety reasons.
